Reading outside on a perfect day is a weekday dream. And reading amid some tall wildflowers makes you hard to disturb. Around this peaceful scene, I've painted small wild sunflowers that I saw everywhere this summer in my corner of Minnesota.
Acrylics on a 12" x 12" linen panel, with embroidery on her tunic, and cut patterned paper and tissue on her scarf. Light brown frame included!
