This painting honors the relationship between a powerful woman and her best friend. The color palette is inspired by some of my mother's lovely saris. I have tried to bring it all together with texture from cut paper, embroidery and thick daubs of layered paint.
This piece comes framed in a walnut wood floating frame without the glass ( to let the texture come through), and is ready to hang in your space.
